Francesca is a professional pole dancer and circus performer who loves to blend pole dancing with acrobatics. Drawing inspiration from various disciplines, she creates seamless and harmonious movement flows.

THU. 8 FEBRUARY

Embark on this pole dance residency with a meaningful start – a brief ceremony to set intentions and wishes in a circle. Feel the liberating energy as we kick off with a freedom-filled freestyle exercise, allowing each participant to express their unique style and embrace the journey ahead. Let the dance floor become a canvas for self-discovery and collective celebration.

Experience the thrill of a pole dance experiment within couples or larger groups, delving into the dynamics of trust. Through shared learning, discover how to translate this trust into the pole, where every move becomes a collaborative expression. Strengthen bonds, build confidence, and create a dance narrative together in this empowering journey of new movements and shared trust.
FRI. 9 FEBRUARY

In the pole flow class, participants will explore the art of creating seamless loops, mastering the ability to follow body direction. Understanding the desires of your body, you'll have the freedom to craft your mini flow, blending creativity with fluid movements. A dynamic session where each spin and twist becomes a unique expression of your style
15:30 - 18:30 (Kaya)
The heels and transitions class will be an extensive deep dive into sensual heel tricks and dynamic heel tricks. we will cherry-pick and choose from a variety of heel styles &sample the tricks that exemplify some of these styles. Then we will focus on transitions so we can string together or mix and match the movement to create combinations
SUN. 11 FEBRUARY

In this class, we'll delve into the essence of movement by exploring foundational emotions. Witness the transformative power as we engage in a small choreography both on heels and without, observing how our attitude shifts dynamically. We will also learn how to connect with our audience and camera.

Unleash your inner performer in our "Finding Your Theatricality" pole dance class. This immersive experience goes beyond the technical aspects of pole dance, focusing on the expressive and theatrical elements of your performance. who is your character, what is their vibe, and what do you want, who is your character, what is their vibe, what do you want; explore the character or thematic undercurrent of your movement, and find new ways of interpreting be same set of steps with creativity.
